Refund/Returns Policy:
We use third-party delivery partners and guide them with the handling of the product.
Our sweets have been developed in such ways that it is fit to ship and has a shelf life of 10 days respectively from shipping when stored in the appropriate guided conditions. Our recipes have been tested under a variety of temperature, humidity & pressure conditions.
All our sweets are made and packed with extreme care in sealed packs to make sure you receive them in their best condition. Everything we do is handmade from scratch and made-to-order. Our products are perishable and best stored as recommended in our storage guidelines. For these reasons we do not accept returns for product that stales.
In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your order, you can contact our customer support via email at malabarmemories.india@gmail.com or on call on +9186676 20320. You will have to email us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free. Our products are customised in order, and the replacement will be shipped in 1-3 days.
Cancellation Policy:
You can only cancel your order if we still haven't taken the product to production. If the order is shipped out, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order.
